Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your Premium subscription (+, ++, +++) at any time through the "Manage Subscription" portal in your CloudBox profile. Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
When your subscription ends, your storage limit reverts to the free tier (10MB). If your files exceed this limit, you must delete files before you can upload anything new.
General Refund Terms
Because CloudBox provides immediate access to digital infrastructure and increased bandwidth upon purchase, our general policy is:
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
- No "Forgot to Cancel" Refunds: It is your responsibility to cancel your plan before the renewal date.

Technical Failures
If you are charged but our system fails to upgrade your account, or if prolonged platform downtime prevented you from using your premium features, please contact us for a review and potential refund.
EU Right of Withdrawal
EU users have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, by uploading files exceeding the free tier immediately after purchase, you consent to immediate performance of the contract and waive your right to withdraw.
