By accessing or using CloudBox, a service provided by GOLUB GROUP d.o.o., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
User Conduct & Content
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, share, or transmit via CloudBox. You agree not to use the service to:
- Upload or distribute illegal, copyright-infringing, or malicious files.
- Harass, abuse, or harm others via the chat and social features.
- Attempt to bypass storage limits or manipulate our API infrastructure.
We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Subscriptions & Billing
Free Tier
CloudBox offers a basic free tier allowing up to 10MB of storage space.
Premium Plans
We offer Premium plans (+, ++, +++) that increase your storage and bandwidth limits. These are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe.
Renewals & Price Changes
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. GOLUB GROUP d.o.o. reserves the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
CloudBox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GOLUB GROUP d.o.o. is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your files resulting from weak account security. Always maintain local backups of your critical data.
